Job description

Our Clean Harbors team in Edmonton, AB is currently looking for a Supervisor to join their safety conscious Dredging and Dewatering team!

The Supervisor is responsible for supervising operators and laborers on specific projects and ensuring that the work is performed on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Oversees the planning, preparation and execution of industrial Dredging and Dewatering projects on customer sites;
  • Completes all required paperwork, including: job reports, billing, safety forms, driver logs, pre trips and other related items;
  • Trains and mentors field employees;
  • Works as part of a team with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid class 5 driver's license;
  • 3-5 years of industry and supervisory experience;
  • Ability to travel overnight as required;
  • Proficient computer skills;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
