As a Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Restaurant Manager and Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant.

Your 1 -3 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching employees makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

Pay

:- MinimumCA$ 15.85 MaximumCA$18.25per hour

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Experience in cash handling and financial reporting within a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of the food industry, including serving techniques and barista experience is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
