Job summary

Tim Hortons in Saskatchewan seeks a Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager who motivates a diverse team to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You train team members to uphold high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness while supporting the Restaurant Manager and Owner in day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant.

With 1–3 years of quick service supervisory experience and knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching, you thrive in a hands-on role,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Experience in cash handling and financial reporting within a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of the food industry, including serving techniques and barista experience is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Your 1 -3 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching employees makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

Pay:- MinimumCA$ 15.85 MaximumCA$18.25per hour
