Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team in a guest-focused environment. You will model enthusiasm, motivate staff, and ensure exceptional service for every guest, every time.

You will support the Owner with day-to-day operations and training to uphold high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness. As a passionate leader, you will train and coach a diverse team, promote a respectful environment, and manage inventory and ordering to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quick service environment is preferred.
