Job summary

Tim Hortons in Edmonton is seeking a Supervisor to model excellence, motivate a diverse team, and ensure high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness. You will assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant.

You will manage the floor during peak times, uphold Tim Hortons standards, respond to issues promptly, foster a respectful environment, and drive a fun, goal-oriented team culture. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability and good attendance record.
• Experience motivating a team to deliver high standards of service.
• Ability to follow brand standards and operating guidelines.
