Job summary

Tim Hortons in Ontario is seeking a Team Supervisor to guide a fast-paced crew and uphold exceptional guest service. You’ll mentor a team, model positive attitude, and communicate with management to spot improvement opportunities.

With 1–2 years of quick service supervisory experience and a passion for guest experiences, you’ll lead a 3–12 person team during shifts, especially on weekends, driving performance and guest satisfaction in a busy environment.
