Job summary

Tim Hortons in Barrie, Ontario is seeking a Supervisor to ensure guest satisfaction by serving guests quickly and according to Tim Hortons standards. You will lead a team, manage shift tasks, and maintain a clean environment throughout the shift.

Job description

As a Supervisor your top priority is guest satisfaction. You take pride in serving guests in a friendly manner, as quickly as possible. You follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing orders for our guests and support a clean environment through regular clean up.

You will be responsible for making sure your team is also working to Tim Hortons standards. Running your shift entails responding to customers needs, managing chores and making sure your team has breaks. Duties also include pulling and counting tills, balancing the end of day and closing up the restaurant for the evening or handing the restaurant over to the next shift.

Your energy and passion for guest service are what make you a valued team member in this fast-paced environment while your ability to multi-task and communicate with your fellow team members will contribute to your success.
