Save-On-Foods is hiring a Supervisor for our Sunwood location in Coquitlam, BC. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with open availability required. You will lead the store team, coach and mentor staff, and ensure Always Customer First service.

You will drive operational excellence across customer experience, safety, merchandising, and front-end operations, while supporting multiple departments and monitoring performance metrics to grow sales and loyalty.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of retail experience.
• Leadership experience is an asset.
• Food Safe Certification.
• Post-secondary education in a business-related field is an asset.
• Experience with achieving sales targets and profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team, coaching and mentoring to foster a positive environment.
• Deliver operational excellence in customer experience, health and safety, food safety, merchandising, and front-end operations.
• Provide support across departments to maintain service and standards.
• Communicate key messages to the store team to align with business objectives.
• Review business/HR metrics and dashboards to monitor store performance.
