Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will foster a respectful, coaching-focused environment and implement strategies to boost sales while controlling costs in a fast-paced Tim Hortons location.

With 2–3 years of quick service supervision, you will recruit, train, and develop staff, empowering them to achieve high performance.
