Job summary

Monarch House in Toronto is seeking a part-time ABA Therapist to provide supervised instruction for clients with autism and developmental disabilities. You will work in clinic and community settings including school, in-home, and daycare visits in Leaside.

The role requires 2–3 evenings weekly, daily travel with reliable transport, and eligibility to work in Canada. Training, mentorship, and health benefits are offered alongside a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning.
  • Registered Behavior Technician™ (RBT™) certification or willingness to complete training for RBT (within 3 months).
  • Willing to complete Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
  • Must be open to 2–3 evening shifts per week.
  • Must be open to traveling daily with access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and conduct comprehensive (intensive) ABA therapy sessions.
  • Collect and graph data.
  • Maintain client binders and materials.
  • Maintain daily written communication logs with family and staff.
  • Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and professionals as required.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Uphold Centre policies and procedures.
  • Attend training sessions and events as set by Monarch House.
  • Attend Monarch House social and public events.

Job description

As a Supervised Instructor Therapist (ABA) on our team, you are an integral part of our specialized services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities. You will work with an interdisciplinary team of experts to support your clients in achieving their goals. Our commitment to excellence goes beyond the way we serve our communities. Job Type: Part-time. Hourly. Salary: $21-24/hr Job setting: Clinic and community based in Leaside area (school, in-home, and daycare settings).

Schedule
  • Monday between 4:15PM - 5:15PM
  • Tuesday between 4:30PM - 6PM
  • Friday between 1PM - 4PM
  • Saturday between 9AM - 3PM
Take an inside look at what you will do each day:
  • Prepare and conduct comprehensive (intensive) ABA therapy sessions
