Job summary

Monarch House in Abbotsford is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join an interdisciplinary team supporting clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities. The role centers on assessment, intervention and collaborative care to help clients reach therapy goals.

The position offers flexible scheduling, mentorship for new graduates, and opportunities to work across Ontario, Alberta or British Columbia locations. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• You are a graduate of a recognized School of Speech Language Pathology.
• Active membership in good standing with the Regulatory body of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists in BC or you are CSBC eligible.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• New Graduates are welcome to apply, mentorship is provided.
• You are passionate about your profession and committed to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, intervention and treatment planning for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities.
• Employ a comprehensive range of Speech Pathology skills to maintain, develop or augment oral motor or communicative functions.
• You use excellent interpersonal skills and excel in a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team environment.
• You will build a strong network by maintaining effective communication with a variety of stakeholders including clients, families/caregivers, community agencies and service providers.

Work location: Center-based in Abbotsford
Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 10AM - 7PM

Salary: $80,000.00-$102,000.00 per year (If part-time, amount will be pro-rated based on work hours)
