Qualifications

• 5 years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor.
• Commercial and institutional experience highly preferred.
• Highly proficient in technology (all of our systems are digital) including MS Project.
• Self perform experience.
• Healthcare experience is a strong asset.

Compensation Transparency

• Assistant Superintendent I/II $92000 to $102000
• Superintendent I/II/III $112,200.00 to $155,000.00
• General Superintendent $160,000.00 to $173,000.00

the base salary range for this role may vary based on your experience. This position also includes a competitive bonus program. Throughout the interview process, we’ll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level.
