Chandos Construction in Vancouver seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead on-site activities for commercial ICI projects. You’ll orchestrate field tasks, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while building strong client and team relationships.
With 5+ years of experience, wood-frame expertise, and a journeyman certification, you’ll manage complex logistics and drive Lean principles across projects ranging $5–50M, delivering results under pressure.

As a Superintendent, you are the nucleus of project success -responsible for orchestrating all field and site‑specific construction activities with precision, accountability, and leadership. You operate like a conductor - ensuring every team member plays their part at the right time. You hold people accountable, drive results, and embed safety into every aspect of site operations. You make sure everyone understands the plan and their commitment to achieving it. With grit, collaboration, and a deep understanding of lean principles, you set the tone for excellence and deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations.
