Your Role

To provide freight forwarding expertise to both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Optimize customer service through quick, efficient, courteous, and accurate information.
  • Check documentation for compliance with requirements.
  • Issue necessary documentation following instructions and regulations.
  • Maintain and update specific reports (internal and external).
  • Process billing according to client rates.
