Job summary

Baker Tilly Canada in Flin Flon is seeking a Summer Student to join our team for the May–August 2027 term. You will work with a dynamic group on assurance engagements, supporting preparation of client files and analyses in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

The role requires current enrollment in a business or accounting program, strong communication, and a willingness to develop professional skills within a supportive firm culture.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (business or accounting).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of staff.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support assurance engagements for a variety of clients using established procedures.
• Review client information and prepare query lists.
• Prepare client files in a paperless environment.
• Perform basic analyses on client files.
• Grow knowledge and professional skills throughout the internship.
