Job summary

Haus of Dada in Toronto is seeking a Studio Assistant & Project Coordinator for a freelance contract, approx 35 hours/month with potential growth. You will coordinate studio visits, assist with archiving an immersive project, and handle on-site errands to keep the studio running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with warm, clear communication, and an interest in accessibility. ASL is a plus; a driver's license asset is also beneficial.

• Self-starter who can take ownership and finish tasks without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate studio visits with curators and partners.
• Archive the Elsewhere immersive project and Dada Family fictitious history.
• Handle studio errands and materials transport; keep operations running smoothly.
