Formosis Architecture Inc. in Vancouver is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support administration, marketing and project coordination in a small, design-focused studio.

This permanent part-time role offers 30 hours per week (4 days) with growth potential as workload expands, and includes health benefits after probation. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented and proficient with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada and available for an in-person interview in Vancouver.
• Degree or background in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Construction Management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced studio.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• General Administration: front-desk management, guest hospitality, studio supplies, and vendor coordination.
• Marketing & Business Development: update website and portfolios, manage social channels, prepare fee proposals and BD templates.
• Project Coordination: document control,Site Instructions, RFIs, submittals using Bluebeam/Notion.
• Office operations: onboarding, travel bookings, event coordination, and calendar management.
