What You’ll DoYour mission is simple: drive top‑line revenue and membership growth while cultivating an engaging studio culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Sales• Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets, forecasting, and P&L
• Lead the full sales funnel—from lead generation and follow‑up calls to in‑studio conversions and membership upsells
• Track KPIs (memberships sold, EFT conversion, attrition, retail, ancillary services) and pivot tactics in real time
Team Leadership• Coach and inspire a team of Sales Associates and Stretch Practitioners
• Run daily sales huddles, set individual targets, celebrate wins, and hold people accountable
• Model consultative selling on the floor—90% of your time is guest‑facing
Operations Excellence• Ensure seamless front‑desk and studio operations, including scheduling, CRM accuracy and opening/closing checklists
• Maintain a sparkling, on‑brand studio environment that wows prospects and members alike
Community & Brand Growth• Build local partnerships, corporate programs, and off‑site activations to keep the lead pipeline full
• Champion our core value of personalized wellness in every interaction
