Our F45 family is looking to expand our management team. As a Studio Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to the team at this studio. You will lead the sales function, executing lead generation and marketing strategies to increase fitness memberships and promote health and wellness. The Studio Manager is a mentor, brand ambassador, and a proven leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and surpass all Sales and Operational budgets
  • Drive financial plans and increase gross margins through optimal programming and capacity utilization
  • Develop an annual marketing plan for social media, digital/print marketing, and community events
  • Ensure adherence to all front desk systems and studio practices, including member check-in, inquiries, payments, delinquent accounts, and customer care
  • Maintain consistent sales efforts with daily goals, contests, incentives, and outreach initiatives including partnerships with local businesses and community groups
  • Recruit, hire, train, and onboard staff
  • Maintain and grow membership base and oversee sales processes
  • Increase studio conversion rates and achieve client retention goals
  • Drive client referral programs
  • Keep the studio clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude with clients and staff
  • Ensure studio branding aligns with company guidelines and values
  • Participate in at least two training sessions weekly to maintain knowledge of training programs
  • Oversee daily operations and overall studio performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry
  • Personal Training Certification from a recognized organization
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
  • Over 3 years of management experience, including staff oversight
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership and management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Highly organized with good time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MindBody Online, GloFox, and media platforms
