Orangetheory Fitness Grande Prairie is seeking a hands-on Studio Manager who will lead by example, roll up sleeves, and own results. You’ll drive growth, build an engaged team, and deliver an outstanding member experience in a fast-paced studio environment.

What you'll be responsible for

As Studio Manager, you'll take an active role in the day-to-day operations and growth of our studio.

• Drive studio growth: Generate leads, convert prospects into members, build local relationships, and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
• Lead and develop the team: Coach, motivate, train, and hold staff accountable to clear expectations and performance goals.
• Execute the business plan: Work directly with the owner to turn strategies, ideas, and goals into measurable results.
• Create an exceptional member experience: Build a community where members feel valued, supported, and excited to return.
• Own the numbers: Understand studio performance, track key metrics, identify opportunities, and take action.
• Build community connections: Develop local partnerships, corporate relationships, and events that bring new people through our doors.
• Support marketing and social media: Bring creative ideas and help execute campaigns that build awareness and engagement.
• Manage studio operations: Ensure scheduling, cleanliness, organization, systems, and daily operations run smoothly.
