Orangetheory Fitness combines full-body strength training with heart-pumping cardio to help you build strength now, while laying the foundation for long-term health. We are looking for positive, friendly, and experienced fitness professionals to join our OTF Waterloo community as a Group Fitness Coach!
This position is way more than just teaching a class. You are a motivator, a challenger, and the ultimate fitness professional. You are someone who enjoys connecting with members and coaching them to reach their fitness goals. You are passionate about fitness, work out regularly yourself, and are excited to participate in the OTF workouts because it will make you a better Coach. As a motivated individual, you seek out opportunities to learn more about our studio and processes so that you can be the best version of you. We have fun with what we do so you like participating in events and getting out into the community.
