Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Regina is seeking an energetic team member to join our studio. You’ll greet guests with enthusiasm, present the OTF concept, answer phones at the front desk, give studio tours, and guide intros through the first workout.

You’ll work with trainers to sell memberships, resolve member concerns professionally, and keep the studio clean, contributing to a fitness-minded culture. We offer industry-leading compensation, benefits, sweat sessions, training programs, and employee

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing.
• Positive, upbeat team player with a can-do attitude.
• Experience in fitness or retail environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet studio visitors with energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested guests (intros).
• Operate the front desk: answer phones and assist members.

Here is more of what the position entails:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
