Job summary

Orangetheory Grande Prairie is seeking a front desk-oriented team member who loves people, keeps a clean space, and brings a creative touch to events and content. You’ll greet guests, introduce newcomers, and work to drive memberships while maintaining an engaging studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming members and guests and making sure everyone feels comfortable walking through our doors.
• Introducing new people to Orangetheory and helping them get started.
• Selling memberships, following up with leads, and working toward studio goals.
• Building relationships with members and creating a great experience every visit.
• Helping create fun, engaging social media content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.
• Bringing fresh ideas for studio events, promotions, and community involvement.
• Keeping the studio sparkling clean, organized, and ready for every class.
• Working alongside our coaches and the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly.
