Job summary

University of Alberta is seeking a part-time Technology Coach for its TechinEd program at North Campus Edmonton. The role supports students, staff and instructors with educational technology and learning activities.

The position starts October 19 and requires availability for daytime shifts (9:00 am–3:00 pm), with occasional afternoon/evening work. Must be an actively enrolled University of Alberta student, Education students preferred.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Office experience is a plus.
• Demonstrate flexibility and organizational skills.
• Strong communication abilities and problem solving.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Learning Consultant.
• Work with Faculty of Education staff, students and instructors.
• Provide learning support and technology assistance to guests.
• Contribute to a positive learning environment in TechinEd.
