Job summary

A leading Canadian education provider in Edmonton is seeking a part-time High School Math & Science Tutor. This position requires strong math skills and the ability to multitask while working with up to three students at a time. The successful candidate will teach both online and in-person sessions, utilizing Oxford Learning's methodologies. Ongoing training opportunities and a fun work environment are provided. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping students succeed in their studies.

Qualifications

• Some experience teaching/tutoring math at Grade 9–12 (or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of current Grades 9-12 math and science curriculum.
• Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with students as an Interactive Coach.
• Teach both online and in-person sessions.
• Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies.
