Job summary

The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) invites applications for a Student, Service Delivery role in Calgary (YYC) from September 2026 to December 31, 2026. This 20-hour per week position offers hands-on administrative experience within the Service Delivery Team.

Reporting to the General Manager, Service Delivery, Prairies, the student will assist with meetings, data reports, travel arrangements, invoicing, and workflow improvements while developing Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree or diploma from a recognized university/college with specialization in Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to reprioritize initiatives and provide solutions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative services for management meetings, including minutes and action items.
• Consolidate data into reports and prepare briefing materials.
• Draft documents, reports and presentations; schedule meetings and manage filing.
