Job summary

Saturn Oil & Gas Inc. in Calgary is offering a four-month Information Services Summer Student position beginning May 2027. You will provide on-site desk-side support at Head Office, troubleshoot hardware, and help document incidents using existing tools.

The role requires currently enrolled in a related Bachelor's program, strong communication and customer service, and a willingness to learn. You must be able to lift equipment and work physically as needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, IT, or related field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow technically.
• Able to perform physical work lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective telephone and desk-side support, on-site at Head Office
• Utilize computer hardware and network troubleshooting techniques
• Use existing tools to investigate and record problems in the incident management system
• Understand Saturn’s existing tools, processes and methodologies
