Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Three years of recent administrative/support experience.
• Proven ability to update and retrieve information using databases.
• Strong MS Office skills and data-entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for students and clients across channels.
• Provide front-line guidance on admissions, registration, payments, and records.
• Maintain accurate student records in Banner and CRM; process documents.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support student services.
• Produce and distribute transcripts, enrolment confirmations, and IDs.
