Position Details

CCG is seeking a dynamic Marketing Strategist for a 14‑month contract. The role focuses on Loyalty marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

What You Will Do

• Lead the development and recommendation of strategies, plans, and roadmaps for campaigns or tactics addressing Loyalty objectives.
• Leverage various marketing channels and tactics to meet campaign objectives, timelines, and budget parameters.
• Lead campaign planning meetings and brainstorms with key stakeholders to obtain new marketing ideas and key insights/feedback for strategy or campaign development.
• Support the Manager in reconciling overall Loyalty budget, managing campaign budgets, processing invoices, and updating monthly accruals in accordance with the Loyalty Marketing budget.
• Ensure all communications and campaigns adhere to the Loyalty strategy, advertising regulations, and partner brand guidelines.
• Deliver ongoing campaign reporting and post‑campaign analysis for marketing initiatives.
• Conduct analysis using different data sources to develop, evaluate, and optimize current and future marketing programs.
• Work closely with other Loyalty Team Members, Marketing Enablement teams, and external stakeholders to develop plans and campaigns.
• Collaborate with other lines of business to cross‑promote our Loyalty Member benefits.

Who You Are

• College diploma or university degree, with a focus on Marketing, Business, Strategy, or a relevant field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a history of developing programs that drive results.
• Strong project and budget management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships and collaborate productively.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret results, identify patterns, use data/insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Action‑oriented with excellent creative problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator of recommendations, ideas, and analysis, both in writing and verbally.
• Experience in multi‑channel marketing from online to print.
• Experience with Workfront, PowerBI, or similar tools (added assets).

Salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. Expected salary will be influenced by the successful candidate’s skills, experience, working location, and the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside the range are encouraged to apply.
