Job summary

FPS Food Process Solutions Corporation is seeking a Workforce Planning Coordinator to support the department manager by coordinating and scheduling field personnel for operational and project needs.

You will assign work orders, manage employee schedules, monitor timesheets, and maintain accurate workforce records while analyzing data to ensure efficiency and integrity of Field Controls operations. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Data Analytics.
• 3–5 years of scheduling, workforce coordination, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP or work order management systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and assignment of field personnel based on work orders and priorities.
• Support allocation of employees to work orders and projects.
• Communicate schedules and changes to employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate records of assignments, schedules, and work orders.
• Review timesheets and labor transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Generate reports on workforce utilization and operational performance.
• Contribute to process improvements.
