The Resource Planner role drives workforce planning from the front lines, partnering with sector leaders to forecast demand, deploy talent, and improve data quality across pursuits and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resource planning or deployment coordination.
• Strong forecasting and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of recruitment needs and talent deployment processes.
• Analytical mindset with attention to data quality and governance.
• Change management and adoption of planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team managers to maximize billability and forecast accuracy.
• Own 12-week look-ahead quality for teams within remit.
• Identify work and demand to pre-plan for Design & Engineering.
• Provide dashboards and insights to enable informed decisions.
• Facilitate recruitment needs and pre-planning practices.
• Support onboarding and maintain Talent profiles in WFP Tags.
• Develop strong networks with pursuit leaders and project managers.
• Elevate supply and demand risks and communicate early warnings.
• Act as a point of contact for opportunities and suitable profiles.
