• Develop and maintain workforce planning models covering hiring, onboarding, training, and staffing.
• Design executive dashboards tracking ramp metrics and KPI scorecards.
• Provide analytics packages to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Present workforce performance trends and risks to stakeholders.
