Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct work experience in construction projects or project coordination.
• Direct work experience leading projects in manufacturing space.

• Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
• Travel may be required (international travel possible) and valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in gathering equipment, resources, and information for upcoming projects.
• Maintain budgets and work schedules and participate in shareholder meetings.
• Ensure deadlines are met and projects stay within scope.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate team members to keep workflow on track.
• Prepare project proposals, memos, and emails.
• Communicate with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
• Conduct post-project reviews and transfer knowledge to stakeholders.
