Job summary

The City of Brampton is seeking an Analyst, WFM Business Systems to join the Information Technology division. This role will participate in a city‑wide project to implement Workforce Management solutions covering time capture, absence management, and scheduling, while aligning with HR, Finance and operating departments.

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing processes, testing, training, and preparing operational documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Business, Computers Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years experience in implementing and maintaining WFM / enterprise systems.
• Experience with HR/payroll data, scheduling, time and attendance is preferred.
• Municipal experience and working in a unionized environment are assets.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate enterprise business requirements into WFM functionality.
• Lead and participate in testing, quality assurance, and documentation.
• Coordinate training, change management and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and operating departments to meet client needs.
