Job summary

The City of Brampton is seeking an Analyst, Recreation Business Systems to provide analysis, recommendations and support for Recreation systems, ensuring optimum functionality and user-focused solutions.

Reporting to the Coord, Rec Business Systems, you will manage day-to-day system operations, data reporting, system upgrades, training, and collaboration with vendors and project teams to improve workflows within Recreation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 3–4 year program in Computer Science, Business Management, IT, or related field.
• Two+ years in systems analysis and business support.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business functions, gather requirements and document procedures.
• Provide day-to-day system support, reporting and audits.
• Coordinate system upgrades and testing with vendors and IT teams.
• Create reference guides and training materials for users.
• Participate in project teams to improve Recreation systems.
