Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a Business Strategy Analyst for a temporary 12-month position in Canada. The role focuses on developing plans and business intelligence, monitoring performance, and delivering strategies aligned with our business architecture for initiatives including organizational shift and transformation.

You will analyze business needs, formalize objectives, model processes, and work with stakeholders to implement cross-functional solutions with clear traceability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec

Responsibilities

• Analyze costs, benefits, risks, constraints, business opportunities and stakeholder needs in terms of project scope, and identify, formalize and communicate needs and requirements
• Formalize objectives, help identify value and model business processes
• Work with users to develop solutions aligned with business objectives, analyze impacts on stakeholders, identify prerequisites and dependencies, ensure cross-sector vision and end-to-end traceability
• Help develop testing strategies and acceptance testing plans, and support the business during solution rollout
• Help develop change management strategies and carry out related activities
