Desjardins Group is seeking a Temporary Business Strategy Analyst for a 12-month position in Lévis. The role focuses on developing strategic plans, monitoring performance, setting targets, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery within organizational shift and transformation.

You will identify and analyze data, support senior professionals, and prepare initial outlines of tools and processes while coordinating with stakeholders across fields.

Qualifications

• Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform management decision-making.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform management decision-making and monitor the application of management policies and practices.
• Analyze risks, prepare reports and help implement recommendations.
• Help prepare and propose action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters.
