Jobber is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, product design, product management, and other technical teams. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, driving AI-enhanced sourcing and data-informed decisions while upholding inclusive hiring practices.

You’ll build diverse pipelines, coach stakeholders, and strengthen Jobber’s employer brand across hub cities in Canada.

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience within Software Engineering, Product Design, and Product Management.
• Experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Ability to manage multiple roles with pace and attention to detail.
• A data-informed mindset with funnel metrics and hiring trend insights.
• A demonstrated builder’s relationship with AI in recruiting.
