Job summary

Citi in Mississauga is seeking an experienced Applications Development Senior Analyst to contribute to the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems in coordination with the Commercial Banking Technology team. You will analyze complex problems, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure compliant, reliable technology delivery.

Qualifications

5-8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in systems analysis of software applications.
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

Responsibilities

Feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, and establishing new or revised applications to meet business needs.
Monitor and control all phases of development, provide user and operational support on applications.
Analyze problems or issues, evaluate business processes and industry standards, and make evaluative judgments.
Recommend and implement security measures in post-implementation analyses to ensure design integrity.
Consult with users and technology groups on issues and propose advanced programming solutions.
Define operating standards and processes and mentor junior analysts.
Act as SME to senior stakeholders and exercise independence of judgment.
Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and Citigroup policies.
Experience in Application management and CAMP Management.
