Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale technology projects.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree and PMP/Agile/Lean certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology, enterprise, and cross-functional projects.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Own scope, budget, and resource plans; forecast with Finance.
• Collaborate with sponsors, architects, vendors, and operations to drive execution.
• Facilitate steering committees and stage-gate reviews.
• Identify, manage risks and dependencies across workstreams.
• Monitor health and benefits realization; report to portfolio leadership.
• Support change management and operational readiness for adoption.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies.
