Job summary

WestJet is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Operations Control Centre (OCC), leading disruption management initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

You will guide end-to-end projects across business, operations and technology, shaping disruption response capabilities, aligning stakeholders, and delivering on time, within budget, and with measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct Project Management experience with increasing complexity.
• Leadership, persuasion and credibility in launching and managing cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or another relevant field; equivalent combinations accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects spanning business, operations and technology domains.
• Define objectives, align stakeholders and ensure on-time, on-budget, on-scope delivery.
• Build high-performing teams and drive accountability in a cross-functional environment.
