Visier Inc. is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment strategy, talent pipelines, and employer branding across multiple regions. You will lead a blended team of internal recruiters, RPOs, and agency partners while personally handling high-impact searches.

You will champion strategic advisor partnerships with senior leaders, elevate the employer value proposition, and implement scalable processes using a best-in-class ATS and AI tools to deliver a superior candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing internal teams, RPO vendors, and agency partners.
• Proven ability to design and execute strategic talent sourcing plans and pipelines.
• Track record of building employer brands that resonate with technical and GTM talent.
• Strong partnering with senior leaders to influence hiring decisions.

• Lead strategic talent pipelining and nurture for executive searches and critical roles.
• Own Visier's employer brand and EVP to attract top talent.
• Enable hiring managers through strategic advisory and coaching.
• Lead a blended team of internal recruiters, RPO vendors, and agencies.
• Source, manage, and close strategic hires across multiple regions.
• Create SOPs and leverage AI to improve hiring efficiency while maintaining human-in-the-loop decisions.
