Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Support Analyst to back the Product Design & Delivery team in Toronto. You will organize meetings, track actions, manage tickets, and coordinate onboarding, access requests, and general operations to keep programs on track.

You'll liaise with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders, support continuous improvement, and help implement strategic initiatives while maintaining documentation and performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience plus a post-secondary degree.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms or technology teams.
• Understanding of service desk processes, ticketing systems, and issue triage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team meetings, workshops, offsites, and engagement events.
• Organize project meetings, track actions, and prepare clear meeting minutes.
• Triagae and manage support tickets, reporting, escalations, and follow-up activities.
• Support day-to-day operational activities, including onboarding/offboarding and access coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting.
• Liaise with stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure timely communication.
