Qualifications

• 3-5 years in administrative, operational or professional support functions.
• Experience in financial services or capital markets is an asset.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field desirable.
• Strong client-service orientation and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational support to Equity Sales and Trading teams and coordinates meetings and client events.
• Maintains CRM records, distributes communications, and tracks activity.
• Supports onboarding, training coordination, and process improvements.
