Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking an experienced professional for the Customer Solutions team. The role acts as a subject matter expert on marketing and sales force programs, analyzes business opportunities, and designs and executes programs to improve the effectiveness of the sales force.

You will provide guidance to stakeholders, build data-driven insights, manage change initiatives, and coordinate program delivery across the organization.

• Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in Business or related field.

• Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on stakeholder needs and business strategy.
