Job summary

Canadian Inclusion is seeking a Supply Planner to own the day-to-day and rolling supply plan for a Mars Snacking portfolio. This role balances customer service, inventory, capacity, production, and waste using demand forecasts, inventory targets, and planning parameters across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–5 years of experience in supply planning or related operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in supply planning or related areas.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP and planning tools such as SAP, JDA/Blue Yonder, OMP, Kinaxis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power Query/Power BI is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day and rolling supply plan for a Mars Snacking portfolio.
• Balance service, inventory, capacity, production, and waste using forecasts and constraints.
• Coordinate actions across Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.
• Provide scenario analyses and recommendations for S&OP and SCMR; drive improvements.
