Job summary

A leading packaging solutions provider located in Toronto is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to ensure effective planning for supply, production, and inventory. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in supply planning and leadership, with a strong background in ERP systems and exceptional communication skills. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of CA$75,000.00 - CA$80,000.00 and the opportunity to thrive in a collaborative environment focused on sustainability and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply, production, and/or capacity planning in industry.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with coaching and mentoring.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Research, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supply, distribution, production, and inventory plans align with demand.
• Execute supply planning and communicate risks in the S&OP process.
• Manage internal/external manufacturing capacity and drive solutions for planning issues.

Skills

5+ years in supply, production, and/or capacity planning

Leadership experience

Exceptional computer skills with ERP and Business Intelligence systems

Excellent communication skills

Strong supply chain performance knowledge

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations
