The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Manufacturing Planning and demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Manufacturing Planning is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an asset and beneficial for planning.
• StrongInventory control practices and supply chain management know-how.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and related technical aspects.
• Excellent coordination, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Highly analytical with strong mathematical Aptitude and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operations planning for assigned product and account groups.
• Review planning reports and execute replenishment to meet account requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, program managers, customer service, purchasing, production).
• Analyze account ordering trends and create inventory plans to support requirements.
• Create and maintain inventory minimums and maximums for account groups.
• Coordinate monthly portfolio reviews with Program Managers for availability and demand changes.
• Create and distribute PO approval requests for account groups.
• Minimize excess/obsolete inventory by following planning guidelines.
• Support item setup, BOMs, and cost sheets in ERP systems.
• Support value-added creation and issue value adds per planning and ERP needs.
• Alert production and purchasing on potential demand and inventory issues.
• Identify planning roadblocks and work with teams for solutions.
• Share best practices and build relationships to improve products/services.
• Collaborate to resolve internal and external customer problems.
• Promote measurable improvement goals.
