Job summary

SUNPAN is seeking a Supply Planner to join our team. You will partner with Merchandising and Purchasing to monitor inventory, analyze stock levels, production speed, and forecasts to meet customer demand.

You will improve inventory management, plan and forecast, research opportunities for growth, and support cross-functional collaboration across procurement, logistics, sales, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field is required.
• At least 2+ years in supply planning or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and related data analysis tools; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels considering sales forecasts and seasonality.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to create accurate demand forecasts for home furnishings.
• Monitor and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and inventory turns.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, track shipments, and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and propose optimization actions.
• Generate KPI reports and provide insights for supply chain improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, sales, and customer service for aligned operations.
• Contribute to process improvements across supply chain processes and systems.
• Attend evening calls 1–2 times per week with North American stakeholders for cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Occasionally visit factories for operational oversight and relationship management.
