Job summary

Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries, Inc. (Sun) is seeking a Site Senior Supply Planner to develop and execute supply plans for Finished Goods and affiliate APIs.

You will balance demand, supply, inventory, and capacity using Kinaxis and SAP, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet commitments and business goals. The role handles Master Production Scheduling, safety stock policies, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Management, or Materials Planning.
• Experience with SAP and Kinaxis (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills and data analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of short- and medium-term supply plans for Finished Goods and affiliate-sourced APIs using Kinaxis and SAP.
• Own and govern the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Drive inventory optimization with safety stock policies and targets to maximize service while minimizing excess stock.
• Ensure timely material availability by generating and managing Purchase Requisitions for packaging and raw materials.
• Provide strategic planning recommendations by evaluating supply scenarios, capacity outlooks, and risks.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Affiliate Supply Chain teams to ensure supply continuity.
